Duncan Sandford 

Duncan started his Diesel Fitting apprenticeship at BHP's Goonyella Mine in 1986 and then transferred to BHP's Transport division, where he completed his Bachelor of Applied Science in Marine Engineering and his Certificate in Engineering Class 1. Duncan then furthered his education by completing his Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical at Monash University. 

Previous career highlights include 22 years as Engineering Superintendent and Company Director of Daltug Pty Ltd.

Darren Anderson

Darren is a Diesel Fitter by trade who completed his apprenticeship in 1986. He recently served as an Executive Director, Executive Chairman and non-executive director of HRL Holdings up until February 2020. Formerly, he was the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of Diversified Mining Services Ltd. 

Previous career highlights include 15 years as Founder and Managing Director of the Anderson Group of Companies, which grew from a single-person operation in Mackay to a Company in excess of 300 employees and 12 operating divisions across both Queensland and New South Wales that serviced the Australian and international coal industries.
